Adrián Novella (1991). Graduated in acting from the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático in Valencia, with a postgraduate degree in Theatre and Education from the Instituto del Teatro de Barcelona and a Master's Degree in Theatre Studies from the IT and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. There he specialised in Theory and Practice of creative processes, where he carried out his research on the inclusion of the spectator, a theme that marks his works: "El sueño de las galaxias" (family version of "La vida es sueño"), "Maruschka" (Micalet Theatre Award 2017), "Juego de niñas" (Special MAX Public Award 2018) and "El Pacte". He is also the winner of the 2017 Escalante Children's Theatre Award from the Provincial Council of Valencia for "El xiquet que volia una falda escocesa" (The boy who wanted a Scottish skirt), and winner of the III Valencian Playwriting Tournament for "Los Tardones". As a playwright he has trained with professionals such as Pere Riera, Carles Batlle, Beth Escudé, José Sanchis Sinisterra, Xavier Albertí, Alfredo Sanzol, Alberto Conejero, Itziar Pascual, Paco Zarzoso and Rafael Spregelburd. As an actor he has worked with directors such as Chema Cardeña, Edison Valls and Vicente Genovés and in companies such as La Cubana. He is a founding member of Bullanga Compañía Teatral, where he directs most of its works, and works as a teacher for different centers and institutions.
