Nieves Rodríguez Rodríguez (Madrid, 1983) is a playwright and researcher at the Txanka Kua Company (Laboratory for new technological languages) in Malaga. She teaches Writing and Literature at the International School of Gesture in Madrid. She has a degree in Dramaturgy from the Royal School of Dramatic Art, a Master's degree in Creative Writing from the UCM and a Master's degree in Theoretical and Practical Philosophy from the UNED. With her work What comes home (and other trees) won the SGAE Children's Theatre Award in 2017. And with his piece Seeds under the nails She was awarded a scholarship in the IV Program for the Development of Current Dramaturgy of the INAEM in 2015. She has edited the books Carousel of Ogrets. Theatre for Children and Youth (Vol. I and II) with the SGAE Foundation and AAT in 2017 and 2018. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Primer Acto and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Theatre Authors.
