We have received great news, and that is that the 32nd edition of the Igualada Festival will be held between April 15 and 18, 2021.
The artistic call for companies is open until August 15; and is aimed at shows of any genre aimed at children or young people (to register, you must fill out a web form available at www.mostraigualada.cat).
In addition, in the autumn, the Mostra is expected to open a line of support for the production of shows in the fields of large format, new dramaturgies, youth scene and cooperation between companies from different territories. The aid program will culminate in the 2022 edition.
The Igualada Festival is one of Spain's leading performing arts fairs for children and youth; a key event in Catalonia. This year's edition was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
That's why the 2021 call-up brings us great joy.
