ASSITEJ Spain is collaborating with the third edition of the Escena Patrimonio Festival, which this year focuses on women and children.
Sailor tradition dictates that when a ship is sinking, women and children always have priority to abandon the ship and save themselves, so in this edition that was born in the midst of a period of great emergency and fragility, the main protagonists are sought to be the creation in female and childhood as a generator of hope and new horizons for artists, citizens and visitors to World Heritage Cities.
With a focus on childhood for the first time, the festival will be held on September 12 in the 15 UNESCO World Heritage Cities of our country. This year the festival promotes participatory proposals, where the youngest citizens of the World Heritage Cities will be the main protagonists of collective choreographic projects. Once again, the artistic program will be accompanied by free open workshops taught by the guest artists, on the same day of the performance as part of the section #VivePatrimonio of Heritage Night
