«A new edition of the PLATEA program has been announced: the State Program for the Circulation of Performing Arts Shows in Local Government Venues, as a result of the signing of the Collaboration Protocol between the INAEM (National Institute of Performing Arts and Music) and the FEMP (Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces).

The purpose of the Program is to promote joint programming of performing arts companies by local entities and the INAEM (National Institute of Statistics and Census) to reactivate and enrich their cultural programming, facilitate communication between the Autonomous Communities, and guarantee citizens access to culture.
