We are extremely pleased to announce that by decision of the partners, Lola Lara, has been awarded the ASSITEJ Spain National Award 2018. The honorary award, which is awarded annually by our organization based on proposals from members, aims to publicly recognize the work that Lola Lara has done throughout her career to defend and raise awareness of quality performing arts aimed at children and young people. Lola Lara, in addition to being a journalist specializing in culture for children and young people, is the director of the Teatralia festival and has been president of ASSITEJ until this year. Our most sincere congratulations and our recognition.
The award ceremony will take place in March, coinciding with World Day of Theatre for Children and Youth.
