Job Description
ASSITEJ Spain, in collaboration with ASSITEJ International, is looking to incorporate a Communication Project Manager to lead and coordinate the communication campaign of the World Day of the Performing Arts for Children and YouthThis global event seeks to promote children and young people's access to the performing arts, highlighting their positive impact on personal and social development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a communications strategy involving ASSITEJ's national centers, artists, theater companies, theaters, festivals, and educational communities internationally, as well as supporting the organization's overall communications.
Responsibilities
- Development of communication strategy: Planning and implementation of the World Performing Arts Day campaign, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and coordination of promotional materials (graphics, videos, etc.).
- Content management: Creation and supervision of multimedia content, articles, and press releases for international and national media.
- Coordination with international teams: Collaboration with ASSITEJ centers in different countries and the global communications team to ensure cohesion in the global campaign.
- Online event management: Organizing seminars, roundtables, or online events to encourage the participation of the theater community and young audiences.
- Monitoring and analysis: : Evaluating the campaign's impact through reporting and analysis of key metrics (reach, social engagement, media coverage).
- Support for the general communication of the entity: Assistance in additional activities and communications of ASSITEJ Spain and ASSITEJ International according to the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in managing communications projects and campaigns in the cultural or educational sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and international team coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages valued).
- Experience in social media management, multimedia content creation, and use of digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge or interest in the performing arts sector for children and youth (positively valued).
