Ramon Molins

Lérida (1968). Trained at the Municipal Theatre Classroom in Lérida. Since 1985, he has dedicated himself to writing, directing, acting, and teaching acting classes at the Municipal Theatre Classroom (1985–1994), Zum-Zum Theatre School (1994–2004), and Memory School (1994–2002), conducting courses and workshops throughout Catalonia.

Artistic Director of the Zum-zum Teatre Company, where he has directed shows such as El geperut de Notre Dame, La camisa de l'home feliç, La nena que vivia en una capsa de sabates, and Soc una nou, among others. He has also directed shows for the companies La Baldufa, Xip-xap, Va de bòlid, Teatro Invito (Italy), for the 2014 Forum of Cultures, El Liceu, Pa sucat, La Remoreu, Teatro Paraiso, Engruna Teatre, and Lleidart Ensemble. He has written 26 original texts and 20 plays or adaptations.

Award-winning shows: Les aventures del baró de Munchausen and Circ Dejavú (La Baldufa), Leo león (Clowx Teatre), La camisa de l'home feliç, La gallina dels ous d'or y Hippos (Zum-Zum Teatre), and Lunáticus Circus (Teatro Paraiso).

He received the FETEN (Gijón European Fair of Performing Arts for Boys and Girls) award for best direction in 2013 for La camisa de l'home feliç, in 2017 for Gallina dels ous d'or, and in 2021 for Soc una nou.
