Born in Barcelona in 1973. She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Barcelona, specializing in Art Education.

 

My training has always been linked to the field of education, taking various courses and attending symposiums related to secondary education.

During the last year of my degree, I took the CAP specialized in Artistic Education in secondary school directed by Professor Fernando Hernández y Hernández.

At the same time, I have been taking various theatre courses that I have been putting into practice both in my theatre teaching work and in the field of stage direction.

 

 

THEATRICAL TRAINING

 

 

  • 2021 25h online training with JOSÉ MANUEL MORA on the Adaptation of narrative texts to theatrical texts. From the Madrid school Work in Progress.

  • In 2019 I made a conducting course 5 hours within the framework of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with BIEL JORDÀ (theatre director and theatre teacher at ESADIB).
  • In 2018 I made a conducting course 5 hours as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with LLUQUI HERREROS (actress, theater director and acting teacher).
  • In 2019, 2018, 2016 and 2014 I organized and participated in a course of interpretation from 3 p.m. with DARÍO FACAL (Theater director and director of the Work in progres school).
  • In the summer of 2017 I participated in the Buero Awards campus in classes on directing actors, body language, costume design, and stage management.
  • In 2017 I made a collective creation course 5h as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with CHEMA RODRÍGUEZ (Actor, writer and theatre director).
  • In 2016 I made a course of scenery 5 hours as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with ALICIA BLAS (Scenography Professor at RESAD).
  • In 2015 I made a course of scenery 5 hours as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with José Luis Raymond (Resad's stage designer).
  • In 2014 I took a course in improvisation 5 hours as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with CARLES CASTILLO (Member of L'Om-Imprebís).
  • In 2013 I participated in a course given by the GAT on interpretation from 3 p.m. with DARÍO FACAL (Theater director and director of the Work in progres school).
  • In 2012, I organized and participated in a 25-hour stage direction course with Marcelo Díaz (theater director and professor of theater direction at ESAD).
  • In 2012 I participated in a Shakespeare acting course “Classical Techniques for Modern Actors,” with Chris Hayes (professor and associate director of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) for 28 hours.
  • In 2012 I made a improvisation course 5 hours as part of a training session organized by the Coca-Cola Foundation with Santiago Sanchez (Director of L'Om-Imprebís).
  • In September 2011 I participated in a second acting course with Javier García Yagüe (Director of the Madrid theater school La Cuarta Pared). 20 hours long.
  • During the summer of 2011 I made a stage direction course With director Marcelo Díaz, at La Cuarta Pared School, during the international theater courses. 50 hours long.
  • In 2010 I organized and participated in a acting course 25 hours with Javier García Yagüe
  • During the summer of 2009 I participated in the Buero Awards campus in acting direction and body language classes.
  • In the summer of 2008 I made a stage design course on The Fourth Wall with JOSÉ ANTONIO PORTILLO.
  • From 2005 to 2009 I was part of the amateur theatre group GAT taking classes in interpretation, voice, theatrical technique and theatre history.
  • In the summer of 1992, I took a short theater course with the group "Le Petit Café" in Paris, thanks to an international scholarship. Following this experience, I began teaching theater as a volunteer at the Drassanes Civic Center, located in the Raval neighborhood of Barcelona, between 1995 and 2001, working with children between the ages of 5 and 12 with social adjustment problems.

 

 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL WORK:

 

  • Currently, for the past 14 years, I have led four theatre groups: THEATRICAL INITIATION with children aged 6 to 8, THEATRICAL TECHNIQUE with students aged 9 to 10, THEATRICAL INTERPRETATION with students aged 11 to 13, BUERO GROUP with students aged 14 to 21 and ADULTS.
  • From 2003 to June 2006, I taught extracurricular subjects such as Artistic Creativity and Musical Theater at the Virgen de la Nieves Primary and Secondary School. I formed the musical theater group Musicaldansa, of which I am the director. The group became independent from the school and became a private initiative from 2007 until now.
  • For seven years, I volunteered at the Drassanes Civic Centre, teaching art and theater classes for socially disadvantaged children. (1994–2001)

 

AS AN ACTRESS I have acted in different productions:

 

  • “The Rope” by Patrick Hamilton, “Mumford” Lawrence Kasdan and “The Pelican” by Strindberg directed by Antonia Mª Cardona and Toni Riera.

 

  • "August" by Tracy Letts directed by Maruxa Martos
